Refunds and Exchange Policy
Sales on custom/Made-to-Order items are final. If the buyer is unhappy with their custom/Made-to-Order item, the buyer may send the item back to Smith and Lee Handmade LLC for changes or additions. These changes and additions include thread, edge paint and hardware ONLY.
Refunds are only permitted on items that are not custom, as those items can be restocked and resold. Any item with "Customizable/Made-to-Order" in the title is NOT eligible for a refund.
Smith and Lee Handmade LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. All items will be delivered to the client's address on file. Once the item says "Delivered" via the United States Postal Service, the transaction is officially complete. If the client has not received the item after it is declared "delivered" the client must address the issue with USPS, as Smith and Lee Handmade LLC is no longer responsible.
